Simon Steele-Williams is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors and has over three decades of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1991, Simon has built a reputation for handling complex disputes and specialises in contested probate, business disputes and residential lease matters. 

Simon’s approach focuses on achieving efficient, cost-effective outcomes while guiding clients through often complex and sensitive legal challenges. He led the team that in 2025 helped expose systematic probate fraud to the government and media. Simon is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is on the Executive Committee at Uckfield Chamber of Commerce.
