Ben is the Chair of Global Arbitration Group and Dispute Resolution Practice at Clyde and Co. He has been Partner at Clyde and Co since 1999.
Ben advises clients across a wide range of industries, with deep experience in upstream and downstream oil & gas, trade and commodities, aviation, and telecommunications. He was a driving force behind the launch of Clyde & Co’s Global Arbitration Group and is also a recognised authority on litigation funding and leads the firm’s innovative funding initiative. He is a graduate of The University of Cambridge.
