Nick Scott is the Founder of Insyte IQ and Comply IQ Advisory. Following a career in financial services and business leadership, he established Insyte IQ to support litigation funders and law firms with portfolio analytics and management information for high-volume consumer claims. As institutional investment in the sector grew and regulatory expectations evolved, he recognised the increasing importance of independent governance and operational oversight. This led to the creation of Comply IQ Advisory, which provides independent portfolio assurance, operational audits, file sampling and governance reviews throughout the life of a funding facility.
