His specialities include legal finance, legal expertise, and strategic leadership, and he has a particular interest in the evolution of the legal finance industry and driving innovation across the sector.

Prior to his work at Lexolent, Samuel built a successful practice at the independent Bar of England and Wales, focusing on children and family law. Before this, Samuel spent five years in the British Army as an Ammunition Technician, specializing in explosives, bomb disposal, and counter-terrorism operations across international deployments.
