Tim Follett
Tim Follett is the founder and CEO of StructureFlow, the world’s leading visual workspace for structural intelligence.
A former corporate M&A and private equity lawyer, Tim spent eight years at Slaughter and May and Farrer & Co, advising on complex, high-value transactions involving intricate ownership structures, governance arrangements, and cross-border entities. It was here that he recognised a persistent challenge: professionals lacked effective ways to visualise and reason through structural complexity.
In 2018, Tim left private practice to found StructureFlow, creating a new category of software that helps organisations understand complex structures with greater clarity and confidence. Today, StructureFlow is used by leading legal, accounting, tax, and alternative finance teams to map corporate structures, identify risk, improve collaboration, and make better-informed decisions. Tim is a recognised voice on structural intelligence and organisational complexity, regularly writing and speaking on how visual thinking can improve professional judgement and strategic outcomes
